Hello! I am Olaf Davis, a graduate student in Astrophysics at Oxford University. Among other things I’m interested in cosmology, galactic evolution, the history of science, science communication, and maths (in which I did my undergraduate degree).
The astronomy I write about here is mainly pitched towards the intelligent layman - almost none of it requires knowledge of science above the GCSE level. I also talk about science communication and general science-based topics, as well as some maths.
